With a $12 billion valuation and $1B in Annual Recurring Revenue in just over five years, you'll drive meaningful impact and build expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in global work transformation. **Job Purpose** Responsible for delivering learning experiences that educate Deel Local Payroll (Powered by Payspace) Business Partners, Customers, and Colleagues. **Duties and Responsibilities** Training Presentation - Present e-learning courses, virtual and classroom training per schedule, with additional virtual sessions as needed - Implement and maintain various training delivery methods, including newsletters, Help Centre, BP Annual Refresher Course, and assessments - Conduct internal training sessions to uplift internal skills - Support delegates throughout their learning journey Training Preparation - Prepare supporting training resources aligned with Presentation Manual (PowerPoint, Trainee Login Details, Excel Spreadsheets) Training Material Design and Development - Conduct needs analysis for corporate training - Design and develop training materials based on evaluated needs - Update training materials as necessary Ensures Customer Excellence - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Embody company values and service standards - Adhere to business processes and quality requirements - Take personal accountability for service excellence - Follow company work standards Information Security - Understand organizational information security role and protect security information assets Ensures Cost Savings and Efficiencies - Drive cost savings and efficiencies within area of accountability Self-Development - Update job knowledge through: - Educational opportunities - Professional publications - Personal networking - Professional organization participation - Develop personal development plans with Manager Teamwork - Ensure collaborative approach to achieve shared goals **Requirements** - BA Degree - 2 to 5 years in similar role **Total Rewards** We believe in fair, competitive compensation that meets people where they are.
