LeadVenture is hiring a Retention Specialist to retain customers and revenue by responding to inquiries and resolving challenges. This full-time role involves significant phone work to handle cancellation requests, troubleshoot issues, and renew contracts.
What You'll Do
- Respond to cancellation requests by phone and email
- Be available for incoming phone calls and transfers
- Work with other teams to help customers resolve issues
- Troubleshoot with customers
- Mark customers as Cancelled or Saved in the system for correct billing
- Request credits or refunds when appropriate
- Renew contracts when possible
- Reach out to customers who have left negative reviews to try to retain their business and change the review to positive
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in customer service
