Markem-Imaje, a part of Dover Corporation, is looking for a Lead US HR Compliance and Audit professional. You will be responsible for ensuring our HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with all federal and state laws and regulations. This role works closely with internal HR teams and external auditors.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the company's HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular review of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEOC, VETS, AAP and SOC/SOX.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define report specifications, and ensure data accuracy.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement corrective actions to address compliance gaps.
- Monitor and report on compliance-related metrics, including audit findings and corrective actions.
- Consult with HR business partners regarding system reports, integrations, and technology implementations.

Work Mode
This position follows a local-city work mode and is based in Bangalore.
