iRhythm Technologies is hiring a Lead Test Automation Engineer (SDET) to join our Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation team. In this hands-on coding role, you will guide and organize test efforts for our platform services while taking on project management responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Develop stable and reliable test automation, with an emphasis on REST API based services
- Advocate for and contribute to improvements in our testing tools and frameworks
- Organize and report on testing efforts for projects, leveraging tools such as Jira and Jama
- Partner with cross-team stakeholders to communicate results and coordinate efforts
- Contribute to documentation to support the medical device development lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of Test Automation development and experience in a lead role
- Expertise with an Object-Oriented programming language, such as Java, C++, C#, Python, etc
- Experience working with testing tools such as TestNG, Appium, Selenium Web Driver, REST Assured, Postman
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and workflow tools (such as Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Passion for quality and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience working with medical devices

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00
