Responsibilities

- Develop proof-of-concept implementations and trial environments
- Provide expertise during the pre-sales cycle to address client objections
- Gather and analyze client requirements for process optimization
- Design solution architectures that align with customer workflows
- Support RFP responses with accurate technical and functional details
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Train internal teams on solution capabilities and use cases
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Work with product teams to share customer feedback and market insights
- Ensure smooth handover to customer success teams post-sale
- Maintain documentation of best practices and solution patterns
- Participate in regional go-to-market initiatives
- Attend customer meetings and industry events as a subject matter expert
- Drive adoption of platform features through consultative engagement
- Assist in localization of solution content for German-speaking markets
- Monitor customer health indicators during pre-sales cycles
