About the Role
Lead the development and delivery of key product features by collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to define vision, prioritize roadmap, and drive execution in a fast-paced regulatory and technical environment.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and long-term strategy for assigned domains
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving design, compliance, and security stakeholders
- Conduct market and user research to identify customer pain points and opportunities
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company objectives
- Prioritize backlog items based on user impact, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations
- Monitor key performance metrics to assess product effectiveness
- Facilitate sprint planning and review sessions with development teams
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations in product design and implementation
- Communicate product updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Manage trade-offs between speed, quality, and regulatory adherence
- Drive user testing and validation efforts across product lifecycle
- Coordinate launch plans with marketing and support teams
- Evaluate third-party tools and services for integration potential
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team best practices
- Stay current with blockchain technology trends and competitive landscape
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams on product risk assessments
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Support incident response and post-mortem analysis for product issues
- Optimize workflows between product, engineering, and operations teams
