Immersive Labs is looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive the vision and design for scalable, modular product experiences on the Immersive One platform. You will be a key driver in evolving the platform, ensuring user delight and market leadership, by defining vision, prioritizing initiatives, and validating assumptions with data.
What You'll Do
- Drive the vision and design for scalable, modular product experiences, deeply integrating with platform architecture to optimize critical cybersecurity workflows.
- Pioneer the integration of intelligent automation and generative AI into user flows to dramatically boost efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making speed.
- Transform complex, technical cybersecurity data into clear, intuitive user interfaces that facilitate effective investigation, analysis, and response.
- Partner closely with research teams to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, grounding all design decisions in solid data.
- Champion Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) to create reusable components and streamlined workflows aligned with core platform entities.
- Govern the evolution of our design system to guarantee cross-product consistency, accessibility, and intelligent adaptability.
- Leverage customer insights, behavioral analytics, and metrics to prioritize roadmap initiatives and measure the tangible impact of design.
- Collaborate with engineering partners to ensure the thoughtful, consistent, and scalable implementation of all product features.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in product or UX design, particularly within complex SaaS enterprise, data-driven, and platform environments.
- Demonstrated track record designing for intelligent interfaces, and automation-driven user experiences.
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including machine learning, data science, and platform engineering.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to strategically partner with product, engineering, and research to align design outcomes with core business and user objectives.
- Expertise in systems thinking, sophisticated interaction design, and establishing robust, data-connected workflows.
- Proficiency in Figma, coupled with deep, hands-on experience in building and leveraging design systems.
- Familiarity with or a strong interest in Object-Oriented UX (OOUX), advanced information architecture, and data modeling principles.
- Ability to define, track, and analyze success metrics to measure the tangible impact and effectiveness of design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to influence and align diverse, senior-level stakeholders.
