Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive the user experience for our global fashion marketplace. You will join our Product department, contributing to a platform that empowers conscious fashion choices.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product areas
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and ship solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices
- Guide and mentor other designers within the team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading design for a complex digital product
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual craft
- Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Work Mode
This role is based in Paris and operates on a hybrid basis, requiring a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work.
