JYSK is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to take technical ownership of our internal developer platforms. You will create solutions that empower our IT development organization to deliver their best work, based out of our Head Office in Aarhus.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain internal developer tools, platforms, and frameworks to improve productivity and consistency
- Shape the strategic direction of the Developer Experience team
- Closely collaborate with developers to identify pain points, propose solutions, and drive improvements
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to reduce lead times and find errors early
- Stay updated on new technologies and propose new ideas for our platforms
- Mentor and collaborate with IT colleagues to strengthen knowledge-sharing and team growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience shaping Developer Experience
- Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Thrive in a collaborative, developer-centric environment, engaging in requirement gathering, feedback, and mentoring
- Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: Java, PHP, or JavaScript
- Solid experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo Workflows), building pipelines, and automation
- Ability to balance working with both legacy systems and new services, making pragmatic and well-reasoned decisions
- Can break down and prioritize large and complex features into smaller tasks
- Takes a proactive approach to improving solutions and challenging the status quo
- Available in our Head Office in Brabrand at least 3 days per week

Team & Environment
You'll join a cross-functional agile scrum team consisting of experienced engineers, a Product Owner, and a Scrum Master.
