- Develop and implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies that address the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy alignment.
- Enhance user adoption and empower teams to utilize tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to their full potential.
