EX Squared is looking for a Remote Change Management Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will guide and support organizational change initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Advise leadership and project teams on change adoption best practices
- Assess change impact and readiness across global stakeholder groups
- Create and deliver communication and training materials to facilitate change
- Measure and report on change initiative effectiveness and adoption
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Change Management Advisor, Consultant, or similar role
- Deep expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and executive facilitation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a remote setting

This is a fully remote, full-time position operating in a global context.
