Responsibilities
- Guide architectural planning and influence long-term technical direction
- Lead technical conversations and design solutions with both technical and business stakeholders
- Assess emerging technologies and architectural patterns, especially event-based systems and integrations
- Oversee the adoption of new tools and frameworks within high-traffic backend platforms
- Manage coordination across distributed teams to maintain stakeholder alignment
- Deliver direct technical assistance when required, including designing, coding, and resolving issues in complex systems
- Identify potential technical obstacles, uncertainties, and project risks early, and suggest actionable resolutions
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, exploratory coding tasks, and in-depth technical research
