Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc. is looking for a Lead Janitor to maintain our facilities. You will perform a variety of custodial duties under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, following established standards and procedures.

What You'll Do

Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other interior surfaces.
Operate light and heavy commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines.
Vacuum and spot clean rugs daily; shampoo as directed.
Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, chairs, door trim, and all horizontal surfaces.
Wash interior windows, glass doors, partitions, and specified windows.
Clean interior walls and wash/spot clean entrance door glass and trim.
Clean bathrooms thoroughly and restock paper supplies daily.
Monitor and report defects like clogged fixtures or lights out.
Collect building trash daily, place in approved containers, and move to designated collection areas.
Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers.
Sweep or shovel snow from building entrances and walkways as directed.
Perform periodic work including high dusting, polishing, and wall washing.
Complete any and all other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
Ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
Capability to use standard cleaning tools and equipment.
Experience using a portable, back-pack style vacuum cleaner.
Requires strong attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
