Interactivated Solutions is hiring a Lead Fullstack Developer to be the foundational engineering member for a well-established European organization. You will architect and build a new platform from the ground up to support high-volume public events. This is a long-term role with full technical ownership, leading to hiring and mentoring a small team.

What You'll Do

• Architect and develop a modern, scalable platform to support high-volume operations across Europe.
• Make key technical decisions on stack, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate directly with business and product stakeholders.
• Build the initial MVP and lead the development of core features.
• Hire and lead a small, high-performing engineering team in the near future.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building and scaling fullstack web applications.
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring developers.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in a remote, async-first environment.
• Confident working with Node.js (Nest.js or Express), React, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Supabase.
• Experience with AI development tools like Cursor, Jules, ClaudeCode or similar.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• English at B2/C1 level.
• A recent photograph is a mandatory part of the application process and must be included in your CV.

• Location in Europe or significant overlap with CET time zone.

Team & Environment

This is a foundational role as the first engineering team member. You will be responsible for architecting the new platform and will soon hire and lead a small development team.
