Interactivated Solutions is hiring a Lead Fullstack Developer as the foundational engineering hire for a client building a new platform from scratch. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and later leading the team for a high-volume platform supporting public events across Europe.

What You'll Do

Architect and develop a modern platform to support high-volume operations and user interactions across Europe.
Make key decisions about technology stack, scalability, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate directly with business and product stakeholders.
Build the initial MVP and lead the development of core features.
Hire and lead a small, high-performing engineering team in the near future.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience building and scaling fullstack web applications.
Prior experience in leading or mentoring developers.
Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills and comfort in a remote, async-first environment.
Confident working with Node.js (Nest.js or Express), React, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Supabase.
Experience with AI development tools like Cursor, Jules, or ClaudeCode.
Experience with Git-based workflows, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
English proficiency at a B2/C1 level.
