About the Role
The role involves owning the architecture and implementation of key product features, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality code delivery across both frontend and backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full stack applications
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Ensure system reliability and performance at scale
- Drive best practices in testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Work closely with UX designers to implement intuitive interfaces
- Manage technical debt and improve code quality
- Make decisions on technology stack evolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Optimize application for speed and responsiveness
- Implement security best practices across services
- Document technical decisions and system architecture
- Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Evaluate new tools and frameworks for potential adoption
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on release timelines
- Maintain backward compatibility during updates
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis
