Workstate is hiring a Lead Frontend Developer to lead technical teams creating dynamic user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will engage with clients, dive deeply into frontend development, and envision future improvements while driving quality and innovation.

What We're Looking For

6-10 years of professional experience
Track record as a technical leader with teamwide impact
Experience leading development teams in an agile context
Experience decomposing and assigning work to team members
Experience removing blockers and maintaining momentum
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript with extensive experience in React
Experience with Redux Toolkit
Experience with React Query
Experience with Node.js / Koa
Experience with frontend build toolchains
Strong understanding of responsive design and frontend performance optimization techniques
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment and contribute to team discussions
Experience with UI/UX principles and working closely with designers
B2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher English language competency for professional communication
