Responsibilities
- Act as the technical leader for field integration, shaping how the platform is deployed, connected, and maintained across client sites.
- Help design, build, and refine field engineering tools, automation scripts, and integration procedures.
- Spot weaknesses in current integration methods and develop scalable fixes that enhance consistency, stability, and speed.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to convert field needs into practical implementation models and tools.
- Improve field team preparedness by producing clear documentation, deployment instructions, and integration runbooks.
- Perform on-site evaluations of client systems to guide integration planning and tool requirements.
- Create and manage integration roadmaps, schedules, and technical records that direct project execution.
- Deliver direct technical assistance during rollouts, acting as the go-to expert for difficult integration problems.
- Collect and analyze feedback from the field to guide enhancements to platform features, integration methods, and internal tools.
- Ensure deployment success by anticipating risks and supporting resolution of integration obstacles.
