What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications
- Architect robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers on the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical plans
- Establish and advocate for engineering best practices and standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a technical lead for a software engineering team
- Expertise in both frontend and backend development for web applications
- Strong architecture and system design skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience with modern software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
