Responsibilities
- Lead software teams in designing, building, and supporting infrastructure and deployment tools for operational software systems
- Oversee customer environment integrations while guiding engineering teams to meet quality, reliability, and performance standards
- Collaborate within Agile teams to develop and refine CI/CD pipelines tailored to diverse deployment scenarios
- Maintain and support cloud-based platforms, including AWS, in unclassified settings
- Set up and manage multiple CI/CD environments across varying security classification levels, emphasizing developer efficiency, system performance, and security alerting
- Coordinate with corporate IT to ensure infrastructure tools meet reliability, compliance, and Department of Defense requirements
- Mentor team members in DevOps methodologies and drive continuous improvement in development processes
