Brillio is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to drive our Data and AI initiatives. You will take ownership of building and scaling data infrastructure in a remote-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of robust data pipelines and architectures
- Drive initiatives focused on AI and machine learning integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategy and roadmaps
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a lead or senior data engineering capacity
- Strong background in designing and building large-scale data systems
- Expertise in modern data warehouse, lakehouse, and ETL/ELT patterns
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
