Responsibilities

- Mentor junior analysts in best practices and technical approaches
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across platforms
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability
- Support A/B testing design and interpretation
- Drive data literacy across departments through training and documentation
- Evaluate data sources for reliability and relevance
- Lead root cause analysis on performance deviations
- Develop forecasting models to support planning cycles
- Integrate qualitative insights with quantitative findings
- Manage data workflows across cloud-based platforms
- Coordinate with engineering teams on data infrastructure improvements
- Standardize reporting templates and analytical methodologies
- Present findings to leadership with clear visualizations
- Assess impact of product changes using statistical methods
- Maintain documentation for data assets and processes
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in data science, analytics, or related discipline
