Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data processing or data engineering
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience working with Salesforce data via APIs and batch ingestion pipelines (e.g., Talend or similar ETL tools)
- Experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda) to build and run pipelines
- Understanding of B2B and SaaS metrics and how they are used in reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and grow within broader data engineering workstreams
Nice to Have
- Experience working with ETL tools like Talend or similar
- Experience optimizing batch pipelines (full refresh to incremental)
- Familiarity with Redshift-based transformations (stored procedures, staging layers)
- Exposure to ad platforms, affiliate, or partner data
- Experience supporting dashboarding for marketing or sales teams
- Interest in marketing analytics, attribution, or lifecycle reporting
- Exposure to BI tools (Looker, QuickSight)
- Experience validating end-to-end data quality across multiple systems
