SAP Software Solutions seeks a Lead AI Platform Developer & Agile Lead for our Business Applications and Technology group. You will be the 'Player/Coach' for the new AI & Enterprise Data Observability (AIDO) unit, leading the technical build of AI platforms while also serving as the Scrum Master responsible for the team’s Agile delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of GenAI agents using LangChain and LlamaIndex for use cases like Root Cause Analysis and SOP Generation.
- Operationalize the fine-tuning of RAG models using curated datasets.
- Guide developers on code quality, architecture, and MLOps best practices.
- Coach the team in self-organization and remove blockers to progress.
- Facilitate all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Manage burn-down charts and ensure resource mapping aligns with the 2026 delivery roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- Deep knowledge of the Scrum framework (PSM certification preferred) and a 'Servant Leadership' approach.
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and scikit-learn.
- Strong grasp of NLP techniques using NLTK, spaCy, and Transformers for processing unstructured text.
Nice to Have
- Advanced Agile Certifications such as Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or CSP-SM.
- Deep experience with LangGraph or similar agentic workflow tools.
- Understanding of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
