Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies for high-net-worth clients
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities for wealth planning, investment alignment, and risk management
- Collaborate with specialists to deliver integrated financial solutions
- Represent the firm at community and industry events to grow visibility
- Manage client onboarding and ongoing service delivery processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial plan updates
- Support market expansion efforts in the Stamford region
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate information
- Stay current on financial markets, tax laws, and planning strategies
- Work cross-functionally with estate, tax, and investment teams
- Drive client retention through proactive communication and service excellence
