What You'll Do
- Manage labor relations activities and processes at the plant
- Support all aspects of HR administration and compliance
- Strengthen the HR and labor relations team through collaboration and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a labor relations and HR administration role
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a plant environment
Work Mode
This role is onsite at our manufacturing plant in Gemlik, Bursa, Türkiye.
