Stellantis is hiring a Labor Relations Generalist responsible for managing the collective bargaining agreement and supporting plant operations. You will play a key role in maintaining positive union relations and providing essential HR support.
What You'll Do
- Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement, ensuring compliance.
- Support the Plant in meeting requirements for the production program.
- Address potential conflict situations between Company and Union to maintain good relations.
- Coordinate transportation and cafeteria services.
- Assist personnel with questions regarding payments, vacations, legal problems, and other clarifications.
- Provide support to the different Human Resources areas.
