You will join a newly established team focused on shaping the future of mobile banking through Kotlin Multiplatform. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering groups to design, develop, and optimize next-generation mobile applications. Your work will span the entire development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, and technical documentation, ensuring secure, high-quality, and scalable solutions for international financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design robust software solutions
- Develop efficient, scalable, and reusable code using Kotlin Multiplatform
- Maintain application code and ensure consistent automation processes
- Implement new features, conduct testing, and produce technical documentation for mobile banking functionality
- Investigate and resolve software defects and performance issues
- Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Play an active role in product development cycles
- Proactively identify bugs, document reproduction steps, and propose effective fixes
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience as a mobile application developer for Android or iOS platforms
- Solid understanding of the complete mobile development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Kotlin Multiplatform
- Familiarity with mobile app submission processes for Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Strong commitment to software development best practices, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles
- Hands-on experience with Android and iOS standards for user interface design, data storage, encryption, security, and performance optimization
- Experience working with Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, MVVM architecture, and Jetpack Compose
- Proven ability to integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, and REST APIs
- Strong communication skills and experience guiding or mentoring other developers
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies
- Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach, attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a drive for innovation
- Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate diploma, master’s degree, or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication, Electrical/Electronic, or related), Science & Technology, or a comparable field
- Demonstrated focus on quality, self-motivation, and goal-driven work ethic
- Open-minded individual with strong collaboration skills and fluency in written and spoken English
