AECOM is looking for a Knowledge Management Coordinator to maintain and enhance our business development and marketing content. In this role, you will support our global team by organizing critical information, leveraging data systems for strategic planning, and fostering intelligence sharing across the business.
What You'll Do
- Maintain business development and marketing content, including proposal answers, and generate new materials.
- Identify marketing, business development, and sales process best practices and provide related training.
- Coordinate across the business to create solutions and knowledge centers for intelligence sharing.
- Leverage data systems to support proposal strategy and business planning.
- Understand AECOM’s organizational structure, knowledge management approach, and digital tools for collecting pursuit information.
- Update limited areas of data or content for AECOM’s libraries or systems as directed, following style guidance.
- Perform direct knowledge management tasks, assemble content for pursuit team libraries, and respond to information requests.
- Organize and keep records of decisions and actions from knowledge management meetings.
- Locate past pursuits, resumes, and projects from CRM systems and libraries.
- Maintain project plans for knowledge management projects and support ongoing KM system maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal partners to collect and confirm information.
- Maintain high levels of customer service with technical and functional stakeholders.
- Make updates to data and documents during periodic auditing and data cleansing efforts.
- Process edits and content changes using standard procedures to ensure accuracy and data quality.
- Assist with searches for information to support RFPs, pre-qualifications, questionnaires, and data on people and projects.
- Monitor and respond to mailbox inquiries.
- Support wider systems maintenance activities.
- Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for resolution.
- Perform multiple routine tasks in compliance with service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Gather information and documentation to assist in investigating and resolving issues within the assigned process.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in English, Writing, Business Administration, or at least one year of equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with editing or basic copy writing.
- Experience with knowledge and content management systems and CRMs.
