About the Role

- Translate business and process challenges into robust Maestro designs, including data models, logic, workbooks, and KPI frameworks.
- Make architecture decisions grounded in real use cases, best practices, and performance considerations.
- Stay hands on in model design and build, contributing to configuration, advanced worksheets, and scenario logic.
- Act as the technical and functional reference for both delivery teams and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate deep dive design workshops with planners, process owners, and IT leaders.
- Coach consultants on Maestro design patterns, architecture trade-offs, and build quality.
