Responsibilities
- Transcribe spoken Khmer audio content into accurate written form
- Review transcriptions for correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ensure transcriptions reflect the original meaning and tone
- Identify and flag unclear or ambiguous audio segments
- Follow established transcription guidelines and formatting standards
- Maintain consistency in terminology and style across files
- Verify timestamps align with spoken content when required
- Report recurring issues in audio quality or speaker clarity
- Collaborate with team leads on quality improvement suggestions
- Meet daily or weekly transcription volume targets
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards
- Participate in calibration sessions for quality alignment
- Revise transcriptions based on feedback from senior reviewers
- Distinguish between multiple speakers in multi-voice recordings
- Transcribe regional accents and dialects accurately
- Handle sensitive or technical content with discretion
- Use transcription tools and software efficiently
- Log time and tasks accurately in assigned systems
- Respond to quality audit results with corrective actions
- Stay updated on language-specific transcription protocols
