Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the creation of high-performing video ads for digital platforms (social media, adult/adult-adjacent sites), focusing on engagement and user acquisition
- Assist with editing and post-production of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with campaign goals
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute concepts and storyboards
- Use AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to enhance creative output
- Apply feedback and iterate on video content based on performance and team input
- Adapt content for different formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements
- Stay up to date with trends in AI, short-form video and digital advertising
- Help ensure content aligns with platform policies and brand guidelines
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in video editing (internships, freelance work, or personal projects welcome)
- Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing for short-form content
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or Davinci Resolve
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong accountability
