Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in video editing, including internships, freelance projects, or personal work
- Understanding of narrative structure, timing, and pacing for short-form digital content
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team
- Strong sense of ownership, goal focus, and dedication to delivering results
- Action-driven attitude with a preference for rapid execution in a fast-paced environment
- Highly focused on speed, efficiency, and continuous improvement through iteration
- Humble and receptive to feedback, with a willingness to grow and adapt
- Self-directed worker capable of managing tasks independently with strong accountability
- Comfortable handling uncensored AI-generated models and adult-oriented content
Nice to Have
