Capgemini is looking for a Junior Validation Engineer to ensure pharmaceutical equipment and systems meet stringent regulatory standards. You will be crucial in implementing validation strategies that maintain compliance and quality, working within a dynamic team environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute validation protocols for equipment and systems in pharmaceutical environments, focusing on warehouses, refrigerators, and other non-cleanroom facilities.
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for production and laboratory software, including software on manufacturing equipment.
- Perform spreadsheet validation to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Document validation activities and maintain validation records according to GxP requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve validation issues.
- Support the development of validation plans, protocols, and reports.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related engineering discipline.
- First experience in validation within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
- Daily mobility to Leuven and immediate availability to start.
- Knowledge of GxP regulations, particularly those related to equipment and computer system validation.
- Familiarity with validation documentation including protocols, test scripts, and summary reports.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Dutch (mandatory) and English.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
