Deloitte Netherlands is looking for a Junior UX Designer to create and launch impactful, future-proof user experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research, designing interfaces, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and developers to bring concepts to life.
What You'll Do
- Conduct qualitative user research, including user testing, interviews, and focus groups.
- Participate in and co-facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems.
- Iteratively design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and user journeys based on user insights.
- Establish and utilize a design system to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Design digital and physical prototypes to test and learn from together with clients.
- Bring concepts to life and create accessible user interface designs ready for production.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure optimal implementation of your Figma designs.
What We're Looking For
- A diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Experience Design, Communication, Multimedia Design).
- A portfolio showcasing your design process and final work.
- The ability to translate research observations into critical insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience with design workshops and presenting and defending your designs to stakeholders.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
