Supabase is looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our team and help provide a great developer experience. You'll be part of a 120+ person team, working closely with product engineering and growth to support our users.
What You'll Do
- Triage incoming support requests, categorize them, and raise critical issues as priority tickets.
- Assist users with account management issues and other questions about the Supabase Platform.
- Assist with incident Swarming by replying to tickets related to incidents or major events.
- Identify patterns in tickets, point out frequent issues, and find areas for response automation.
- Assist with more technical issues as able, including reproducing problems.
- Help update support documentation, including knowledge articles and troubleshooting guides.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience providing technical support to customers or similar technical issue triage.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience with various ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Hubspot.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL, especially Postgres.
- Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, and Svelte.
- Some experience with Node.js.
- Linux command line experience.
