Lemio is hiring a Junior Social Media Marketing Manager for Content/Video Creation (UGC). This is a hands-on creator role at a consumer and health tech startup on a mission to change how we use our phones and help people chase their dreams. You will build UGC accounts on TikTok and Instagram from the ground up, creating short-form content to drive app downloads, word-of-mouth, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Build one or multiple UGC accounts on TikTok and Instagram to drive downloads, word-of-mouth, and growth.
- Film yourself or choose a faceless content format.
- Edit all videos yourself.
- Warm up your own social media accounts and post content daily.
- Ship content, measure performance, and iterate quickly.
- Come up with your own creative hook ideas or use provided concepts.
What We're Looking For
- Ability and willingness to film yourself or produce a faceless content format.
- Proficiency in editing your own video content.
- Discipline to warm up and manage your own social media accounts with daily posting.
- A data-driven, iterative mindset: ship, measure, iterate.
- Creativity to generate your own hook ideas and execute on provided concepts.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $1000-$5000 per month.
- Extremely well-paid bonus structure for viral videos. Our top creators earn 10x their base fee.
