boldandepic is looking for a Junior Social Media & Digital Communication Expert to join our team and support the corporate communications unit for KÄRCHER. In this role, you will be responsible for content creation, community management, and social media monitoring, contributing to our client's dynamic digital presence.
What You'll Do
- Create and prepare content (text, image, video) for channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Plan and implement the editorial calendar.
- Maintain tools including video platforms, image databases, social media management systems, and internal communication platforms.
- Scout trends and implement topics for target audiences.
- Manage internal and external communities and handle service inquiries.
- Monitor social media activities and derive actionable recommendations.
- Steer external agencies and, when applicable, supervise influencer cooperations.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in social media or digital communication, from companies, agencies, or creator activity.
- Experience in creating content for social media (text, image, video).
- A secure feel for trends and channel-appropriate content.
- Very good communication skills, fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.
- Solid knowledge of content creation tools like Adobe Premiere & Express and Canva.
- Creativity, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Motivation to prove skills in a sample task.
Nice to Have
- Experience with content creation for websites, newsletters, or apps, as well as social listening and community management.
- Ideally knowledge in project management and handling influencer cooperations.
- First experience with social media management systems like Hootsuite.
