Aptar seeks a Junior Security Officer (Animateur Sécurité Junior H/F) to implement measures ensuring the security of property and people, in full compliance with group standards and current legislation. You will join a culture focused on talent development and a diverse, inclusive workplace.
What You'll Do
- Participate in deploying the group's hygiene, safety, and environmental prevention policy.
- Organize training for fire extinguishing and evacuation drills.
- Ensure proper application of the hot work permit rule.
- Conduct site safety audits and perform periodic regulatory checks of equipment.
- Write and control general safety procedure documents.
- Participate in the reception of new equipment and the setup of workstations.
- Establish prevention plans with external companies.
- Write the annual report for the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT).
- Propose and monitor safety actions and participate in actions to improve working conditions.
- Conduct workplace accident investigations.
- Participate in the integration of new hires into their position.
- Establish, monitor, and communicate weekly and monthly indicators.
- Participate in monitoring the service's budget management.
What We're Looking For
- BAC+3 in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- Good level of English.
- Knowledge of current legislation.

This position is onsite at our location in Le Neubourg (27), France.
