Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Junior Pricing Manager (m/f/d) to support the continuous optimization of pricing strategies and improve revenue and margin performance. You will work closely with experienced pricing colleagues and collaborate with Country and Category Management to ensure data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do
- Continuously optimize and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability, supporting the overall pricing framework of your assigned markets.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as revenue and total contribution, identifying patterns and proposing data-driven improvement ideas.
- Work with large data sets in Excel and R, preparing structured analyses and insights in close collaboration with our Data Science team.
- Collaborate closely with Country Management, Category Management, BI and Data Science, preparing insights and aligning on pricing measures.
- Support the further development of our pricing tools and AI-supported solutions, helping to improve processes and transparency.
What We're Looking For
- First professional experience in pricing, revenue management or data analytics.
- Confident working with Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, large datasets).
- Enjoy working with data and feel motivated by analyzing KPIs and improving performance step by step.
- Comfortable communicating in English and appreciate regular onsite collaboration with your Cologne based team.
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Experience with R / R Studio.
