We are seeking motivated individuals to strengthen our team as we move towards the digital future of corporate financing - specifically in the role of: (Junior) Partner Manager – Regional Financial Service Providers (m/f/d) As a Junior Partner Manager in regional financial service providers, you will support the development and expansion of our partnerships with cooperative and savings banks. Our goal: acquire new banks for FinCompare and activate existing partners to efficiently place their non-representable financing requests through our platform. And you would help us achieve this. Your Responsibilities • With a keen sense for collaborations, you will identify potential bank partners, actively contact them, and win them over for cooperation with FinCompare. • You will convince key decision-makers in cooperative and savings banks of the partnership advantages and the added value of our platform. • From the first conversation through onboarding to active platform usage, you will reliably and solution-oriented accompany new partners. • You will manage existing bank relationships, analyze potentials, and develop measures to increase revenue. • You will provide valuable market and partner feedback to internal teams to continuously optimize our offering and align it with partner needs. • While keeping your goals in focus, you will interpret key performance indicators and derive targeted sales activities. Your Profile • Initial experience in partner management or banking environment (e.g., corporate customers, commercial clients). • Enjoyment of acquisition, communication, and relationship building. • Understanding of corporate financing or interest in quickly getting up to speed. • Communicative, service-oriented, and enthusiastic about networking. • Independent, organized, and motivated to actively shape topics. • Negotiation-confident in German and good English skills.
