Tasks: - Management of daily SAP operations and third-party system interfaces, including error analysis and resolution - Independent handling of accounts receivable and payable payment transactions - Verification, posting, and booking of ongoing business transactions - Implementation of dunning processes and monitoring of open items - Preparation and processing of daily payment transactions - Steering and hedging of currency risks (foreign exchange management) - Support during monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings - Account reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies, contributing to accounting process improvements - Long-term expansion of responsibilities to include general financial accounting, fixed asset accounting, travel expense settlements, and reporting Qualifications: - Minimum completed commercial training, ideally with advanced financial accounting certification - Multiple years of professional experience in financial accounting - Proficient with SAP ERP - Structured, reliable, and independent work approach - Team-player capabilities and strong numerical comprehension - Excellent German and English language skills, both verbal and written - Routine proficiency with MS-Office programs Benefits: We offer an indefinite employment position with performance-based compensation and opportunities for skill development.
