Allegro is looking for a Junior Mobile Software Engineer (Android) to join our e-Xperience 2026 talent program. From July to December 2026, you will gain hands-on experience and work on real projects, learning from teams that shape one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the region.
What You'll Do
- Be part of a team that develops and maintains the Allegro mobile application.
- Cooperate closely with Android and iOS developers, UX designers, testers, and project owners, responsible for the entire technical feature development process.
- Support purchase checkout processes and the recurring purchases process in the Android app.
- Craft the core app experience by building an engaging home screen and adaptive navigation.
- Have a chance to get to know other technologies through cooperation with frontend and backend developers.
What We're Looking For
- Familiar with Kotlin and the Android ecosystem.
- Have experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., code generation, debugging, prototyping) and can demonstrate a project or initiative where AI supported your development process.
- Have basic knowledge on how to create UI components on Android.
- Are eager to continuously develop your skills and expand knowledge.
- Are familiar with taking care of the quality and cleanliness of the code.
- Know English at B2+ level.

Work Mode
This role operates on a hybrid schedule.
You will create solutions that will be used (and loved!) by your friends, family and millions of our customers. You will meet the Allegro Scale: over 1000 microservices, an open-source data bus (Hermes) with 300K+ rps, a Service Mesh with 1M+ rps, tens of petabytes of data, and production-used machine learning. You will become part of Allegro Tech: We speak at industry conferences, cooperate with tech communities, run our own blog, record podcasts, lead guilds, and organize our own internal conference.
