Paired is hiring a Junior Media Buyer for a Mobile App Growth Company (US-Based/Remote)

About the Role

Paired is looking for a Junior Media Buyer to own paid advertising campaigns for a portfolio of subscription-based mobile apps. In this role, you will manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and TikTok to drive growth in a fast-paced, remote performance marketing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Optimize campaign performance to achieve target KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CPI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics on a daily basis.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to track and attribute conversions accurately.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies based on user behavior and subscription funnel data.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content.
  • Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to overall growth marketing strategy and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Familiarity with mobile app marketing, including Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Familiarity with mobile app marketing, including subscription funnel mechanics and optimization.
  • Familiarity with mobile app marketing, including app install campaigns and user acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to track, interpret, and optimize based on performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPI).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly articulate performance insights and recommendations.
  • Available to work in PST or EST timezone.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with subscription-based app businesses.
  • Knowledge of additional advertising platforms (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads).
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience working with attribution and analytics tools.
  • Background in mobile gaming or consumer apps.
