Paired is looking for a Junior Media Buyer to own paid advertising campaigns for a portfolio of subscription-based mobile apps. In this role, you will manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and TikTok to drive growth in a fast-paced, remote performance marketing environment.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
- Optimize campaign performance to achieve target KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CPI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics on a daily basis.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to track and attribute conversions accurately.
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on user behavior and subscription funnel data.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content.
- Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
- Contribute to overall growth marketing strategy and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile app marketing, including Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Familiarity with mobile app marketing, including subscription funnel mechanics and optimization.
- Familiarity with mobile app marketing, including app install campaigns and user acquisition strategies.
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to track, interpret, and optimize based on performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPI).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly articulate performance insights and recommendations.
- Available to work in PST or EST timezone.
Nice to Have
- Experience with subscription-based app businesses.
- Knowledge of additional advertising platforms (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads).
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience working with attribution and analytics tools.
- Background in mobile gaming or consumer apps.
