BRF is looking for a Junior Labor Analyst - Preposto to support key legal and administrative processes. In this role, you will represent the company in hearings, analyze data to inform decisions, and contribute to important departmental projects.

What You'll Do

Handle medium-complexity processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting changes.
Participate in projects within your area of expertise.
Analyze data and information, preparing studies to support decision-making.
Receive guidance from leadership or senior professionals for task execution.
Support administrative matters for the area.
Support budget control for the legal package and the department.
Represent the company in labor and civil mass hearings.
Keep the legal system updated and guide legal advisors on updates.
Gather data, information, and indicators to support labor litigation projects and studies.
Update area controls used for generating performance indicators (KPIs).
Gather documentation for defense strategies.
Monitor technical expertise.
Act preventively to resolve liabilities.
Comply with the guidelines established in BRF's Sustainability Policy, ensuring adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through daily activities that promote management, meeting ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) indicators and global commitments, ensuring a connection between your actions and sustainable development in BRF's chain.
