About the Role
The individual in this position will assist in creating high-quality graphic designs for a variety of products and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand standards while supporting project timelines and creative direction.
Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts based on project requirements and brand specifications
- Produce artwork for physical and digital products with attention to detail
- Collaborate with senior designers to refine visual elements
- Support the creation of templates for repeatable design use
- Ensure color accuracy and print readiness across deliverables
- Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders
- Maintain organized project files and version control
- Stay current with design trends and production techniques
- Assist in photo editing and image optimization
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new product ideas
- Prepare assets for internal and external presentations
- Follow established brand guidelines across all outputs
- Work across multiple design formats including business cards and packaging
- Meet deadlines within fast-paced project cycles
- Use industry-standard software to produce vector and raster graphics
