Seven Gen is hiring a Junior Full Stack Engineer to help build the tools that make it easy for fleets to go electric. As one of the first engineering hires at this growth-stage company, you will work directly with the CTO across the full stack to ship features that directly drive revenue and operational speed.

What You'll Do

• Work across the full stack: React frontends, Node.js APIs, and Cloudflare infrastructure.
• Build a driver app that teaches EV drivers how to drive more efficiently and extend range.
• Build internal workflow tools that replace manual processes and speed up operations.
• Build sales and revenue tools like lead enrichment pipelines, conversion dashboards, and analytics integrations.
• Build features for the customer platform that help fleet managers track and optimize their EV operations.

What We're Looking For

• Solid fundamentals in TypeScript and Next.js (App Router, server components, API routes).
• Experience building UIs with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like shadcn/ui.
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL and writing SQL.
• Familiarity with Git, the command line, and modern deployment workflows.
• Working English—written and spoken—for daily collaboration.
• You code with AI and understand what it produces. You use tools like Cursor or Copilot to move fast, but you can debug, refactor, and explain the code independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloudflare (Workers, Pages, D1) or any edge/serverless platform.
• Interest in data pipelines, ML, or IoT.
• Open-source contributions or a GitHub profile you’re proud of.

Team & Environment

You'll join a small engineering team as one of the first hires, working directly with the CTO and the business. There are no layers between you and impact.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $2,000–$3,000 USD/month
• Equipment stipend: $150/month toward your home office, hardware, and peripherals.
• Learning & tools budget: $150/month for courses, books, conferences, and AI tool subscriptions (Cursor Pro, etc.).

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located in Brazil.
