JUSTROCKET is looking for a Junior Frontend Developer to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, focusing on our industry digitalisation SaaS product. You will be part of a cross-functional product team, contributing to features across the stack and learning to shape the product in close collaboration with product management and design.

What You'll Do

Develop features across the stack based on Angular and NodeJS deployed on Microsoft Azure.
Collaborate closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to find the best technical solutions for customer challenges.
Ensure the long-term sustainability and maintainability of the codebase through thoughtful development practices.
Embrace AI tooling to enhance productivity and explore innovative technological solutions.
Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring within the team.

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of core computer science fundamentals and systems thinking.
Experience with web frontend development in university or hobby projects or up to 1 year of professional work experience.
Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred, but motivation and capability to learn quickly are more important than specific experience).
Interest and enthusiasm in working closely with product teams to create impactful customer experiences.
Openness to using and experimenting with AI technologies and tooling.
Ability and willingness to join the team in the JR Community House in Cluj.

Nice to Have

Excellent English in spoken and written form.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in using tools such as Jira.
Great team player and communicator in a diverse and international remote team.
