6Minded is hiring a Junior Front-End Developer

OUR NATIONAL CONVERSATION (ONC) is looking for a Junior Front-End Developer who wants to grow their career in a structured, international tech environment. You will work on real digital products for global brands, collaborating closely with our development team and project managers to deliver high-quality websites and marketing platforms.

What You'll Do

• Implement front-end views based on Figma designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Customize and develop themes and templates within HubSpot CMS.
• Support ongoing development and optimization of client websites.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver tasks on time.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality.

What We're Looking For

• Basic commercial experience as a Front-End Developer (internship, freelance, or junior position).
• Experience working with at least one CMS or eCommerce platform (e.g., HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6 basics).
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Attention to detail and care for clean, structured code.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to communicate well in English (B2+ level at least).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Git.
• Basic knowledge of performance optimization.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.

Team & Environment

We operate with a flat structure where everyone owns their responsibilities. You will work closely with the development team and project managers in a highly organized environment characterized by clear processes, structured communication, and a focus on avoiding chaotic projects and unnecessary calls.
