About the Role

Lockheed Martin Canada is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join the Business Operations organization. In this role, you will provide essential financial support to assigned programs, focusing on operational rhythms and financial documentation.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Program Business rhythm on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Prepare invoices for customer billings on a monthly and/or as-required basis.
  • Support Senior Analysts with documentation gathering for invoice support and accounting transactions.
  • Assist Senior Analysts in establishing and maintaining required program and invoice logs.
  • Work occasional overtime, including evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For

  • College Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial administration or financial analysis roles.
  • Demonstrable understanding and application of basic accounting principles in the workplace.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Access is an asset.
  • Close attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet sometimes conflicting deadlines.
